Can I come and see you play live first?

No problem. The Keepers band have occasional public appearances where we welcome our clients and potential clients, these are normally in and around the Sheffield, Nottingham, Derby, Leeds and South Yorkshire area. Please email for details. Some weddings and functions allow the band to invite guests for previews too.

How do I book?

You can book The Keepers wedding and party band, by calling Vicky on 07867 124838 or going to our contact us page, and filling in the simple enquiry form.  We will call or email you back personally to answer your query.

Our Venue Insists that wedding and party bands have Public Liability Insurance and PAT tested equipment.

The Keepers have full Public Liability Insurance and all our equipment is PAT tested yearly. Certificates can be supplied on request.

Do I need To Pay A Large Deposit?

Absolutely not! It’s usually around £50 – £100, and then nothing else to pay until the week of the gig. Alternatively, if you want to pay as you go, no problem either.

How far will you travel?

We mostly play in and around the Sheffield, Derby, Nottingham, Leeds, Chesterfield, Peak District areas. However, we will travel anywhere. To discuss requirements please contact us with more details.

Can you supply music before/after your sets?

Yes, we have a band iPod with over 3 hours of classic dance floor hits specifically for this purpose. However if you would like to use your own mp3 player through our PA system then you are most welcome.

How early do you need to setup before an event?

We are experienced in working quietly and discretely. It takes about 1 hour to unload and setup if we can park near the entrance to the stage area and there aren’t any complications (stairs for example!). However the disco can start after about an hour while the band continue setting up. This time is built into your quote. At weddings the band usually setup while the coffee and cake is being served after the speeches. If you have any other set up requirements please ask, we will try our upmost to accommodate.

Can you play early?

We can pretty much play at any point in the day and for whatever duration (we can also do soft reception music). Please feel free to email with your specific requirements.

How long do you play for?

We can play for as long or as short as you would like us to, subject to cost and availability. To give you an idea, a typical evening event would be 2 x 50 – 60 min sets with suitable iPod supplied music in between to keep the party flowing!

What time do you finish?

That’s up to you, our standard time would be 11-12pm but we can start and finish when you want.
